Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For customers who have account with us, please email to info@emoigroup.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 8, Atlas Business Centre, Oxgate Ln, London NW2 7HJ, United Kingdom.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@emoisupply.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that gel polishes and polishes cannot be refunded unless the product is damged or defective. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

c. Misuse: Use of the product in a manner contrary to the manufacturer's instructions or intended purpose. 
d. Wear & Tear: Gradual deterioration of the product that occurs through regular use over time.
3. Input/Output Cables and Adapters: IMPORTANT NOTICE:
These essential components are integral to connecting electrical goods to power sources and other devices. Due to their nature, they are subject to higher usage, bending, and movement, making them more susceptible to wear and tear over time. As a result, any issues related to input/output cables and adapters will be reviewed case by case . 
4. Replacement and Purchase of Input/Output Cables and Adapters:
If you encounter any issues with input/output cables and adapters, we recommend obtaining high-quality replacements from EMOI Nail Supply LTD or reputable retailers to ensure compatibility and performance. Our customer support team can assist you in identifying suitable replacements if needed. 
5. Manufacturer's Warranty for Input/Output Cables and Adapters:
Some input/output cables and adapters may come with their manufacturer's warranty. Customers are encouraged to review the respective manufacturer's warranty terms and contact them directly for any warranty claims or inquiries related to these components. 
6. Proper Handling and Maintenance:

While we cannot offer replacements or refunds for items excluded under this policy, EMOI Nail Supply LTD may, at its sole discretion, choose to provide assistance or offer discounted replacements as a goodwill gesture in certain exceptional circumstances.
